"I would
like to take the opportunity to thank you for your support &
flexibility in the provision of transport [and costs] on this
contract [as well as your patience as things changed from 1
minute to the next]. I have already passed your details onto
our Disaster recovery teams and will continue to recommend

Below is a selection of our vehicles ranging
in size from 16 to 57 seats.
Here are some examples of staff transport contracts
In 2004 we moved around 300 people every day for
Walmart. The time scales were a six day week with an estimated
finish period of 8 weeks. Staff were being trained for a new
Asda Superstore and had to be ferried to various Asda stores all
over Merseyside to be trained. For us this meant we had to run
three 49 seaters starting at 0700 running shifts throughout the
day with the last run at midnight.
We got involved very early on this contract and helped sort
out the rotation of staff and shift patterns. Once all the boxes
were ticked we started moving the staff. Such was the success
that further training groups were scheduled and the
contract actually ran for a further 4 weeks.
In 2005 Barclays hired us in to transport 64 employees
per day to Manchester for training. We purchased a new vehicle
for this contract and it covered 4 return trips to Manchester
five days a week for 16 weeks. Our involvement in the planning
was limited to possible problems, backup and risk assessment.
In 2006 Esure.com approached us with a view to
transporting 150 staff per day from Liverpool to Manchester.
This was to run from 0700 to 2100 and transport 3 to 4 shifts
per day. The contract was to run for around 4 months and would
involve one 49 seater for the first 6 weeks then another 49
seater, a 24 seater and a 16 seater. We offered Esure the chance
to advertise their brand on one of our coaches and they were
very enthusiastic. The main concern with this contract was the
early morning traffic on the M62 but we helped organize the
shift patterns to accommodate this. We arranged the vehicle
branding in the popular Sheila's Wheels theme and much interest
was generated including many media appearances. Not too mention
a 40ft advertisement traveling up and down the M62 six times a
day! It took a lot of planning for this contract involving up to
5 drivers and 4 vehicles a day. Times were constantly changed
and sometimes at the last minute. We understand this and our
approach was a flexible one. We covered over 30,000 miles
in around 5 months on this contract incident free.
